Built along the contoured slope of the site, the house is built in local

materials such as laterite stone and mud mortar with independent

RCC filler slabs for the G+1 structure.

Located on a contoured site, the house is accessible from the North side.

Arches are built in locally available laterite stone and third class bricks with mud mortar, stabilised with cement in 1:10 ratio.
