Farmhouse



Touching an overflow stream from a dam, the planning is based on the views of the stream,

thereby all livable spaces capture a view of it.

The house is used as a studio apartment without any distinctive boundaries

between the spaces, making them dynamic for the user.

ATTIC AND ROOF



The attic is provided with windows overlooking the porch.
Undertiles are laid under the roof for additional insulation as well as for aesthetic purpose.



BAY WINDOW



A built-in feature that optimises space and lends a unique architectural quality to the space. Owing to the high humidity, small openings are made under the bay window seating to keep the space well ventilated.
