Farmhouse for Mr. Anand Manjrekar



This farm house is built in mud and lime for an enthusiastic city based owner

who wishes to propagate farming in their land.

This small house of 1BHK accommodates the basic lifestyle of the owner and his family

with amenities of storage and utilities for their farming activities.

Plastering is done in lime to mainly protect the mud wall (COB) from moisture. Lime, having natural anti- termite and breathable property, keeps the interior thermally cool during hot summers and healthy throughout the year.
